At Airband Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, our Return & Refund Policy is designed to make the process simple and transparent.

Returns

  • You can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at support@airband.store with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

  • Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the unwanted item and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, final sale items, and personalized/custom products are not eligible for return.

Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
